Apple TV Updates

No this isn't a post about Apple releasing updates to the Apple TV. It's me asking you guys what you've been doing with your ATV lately!? A lot of you have emailed me or posted questions and comments on the site regarding ATV. Did you get your unit patched/hacked? Did you get that application running? Can you plug in a USB hard disk, or stream content from your other machines? Drop me a comment and let me know how your going!

Mac for Media or Cinema?

I'm putting together some information on mac's and their place in the home cinema or a/v setup. Do you have a mac connected to your a/v gear to watch movies/tv shows, etc? I'd love to hear what you've experienced, any tips or tricks, what software and hardware you use, etc. Anything is useful. Does the Mac have a place in home cinema/media? We know the AppleTV does....
